HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN I BOOK?
We are currently booking through April 2027.
DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
Yes, a 20% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your rental items and event date.
HOW LONG CAN I KEEP RENTAL ITEMS?
To give you plenty of time to prepare, rentals can be picked up two days before your event and returned within two days after. Need a different timeline? We’re happy to discuss special arrangements.
HOW MANY GUESTS CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE?
We have table settings for up to 180 guests.
DO I NEED TO WASH DISHES BEFORE RETURNING THEM?
No. Rinsing/washing dishes is encouraged, but not required.
WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMETHING IS LOST OR DAMAGED WHILE I’M RENTING?
Accidents happen! If it’s only an item or two, no worries. If it’s several items, you will be requested to cover the replacement cost.
